Darrell Bartlett
Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
Darrell joined Integral in May 2023 as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. With over 30 years’ experience in compliance, risk, audit, regulatory, finance and sales roles across the brokerage, banking and investment fund industries in Canada and abroad, Darrell brings a wealth of technical and leadership skills to the firm. Prior to joining Integral, Darrell was with Embark Student Corporation, one of Canada’s largest RESP distributors, for more than eight years, where he served as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. Prior to Embark, Darrell was the CCO for the distribution entities of Investment Planning Counsel, a national, integrated wealth management organization. Darrell is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor and, in 2023, became a CFA Charterholder. When he is not spending time in The Bahamas, his favorite destination, Darrell and his family live and enjoy life in Oakville, Ontario.
