Clecia Louzado is responsible for regulatory reporting, operational and management accounting, risk management and advancing strategic initiatives.
Clecia has two decades of experience as a Controller and was promoted to CFO of Integral in 2025. Prior to securities, she worked across a range of sectors including software, medical, and media. Beyond ensuring rigorous financial reporting and oversight, Clecia contributes fresh perspective to the growth and stability of the business. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
