Paul joined Integral in August 2010 to establish Integral’s Calgary-based oil + gas group. Paul’s career has centered on identifying promising junior E+P companies and financing them through the high growth phase of their development. Paul started out working with a mix of institutional and high net worth investors to fund transactions, initially at Northern Securities and then at Jennings Capital. In 2009 Paul co-founded Bloom Capital Partners, an Exempt Market Dealer in order to concentrate on better supporting emerging issuers needing access to institutional capital. Paul has a BA from the University of Calgary where he played Varsity Hockey.
