Fabiene joined Integral in 2019 as an Investment Banker in Integral’s Toronto Investment Banking group. Her responsibilities include origination, structuring, placement, M&A and Capital Markets Advisory. Fabiene has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets. Her career has focused on sourcing growth capital for small-cap to mid-cap public companies. A generalist by nature, Fabiene has worked with issuers across a wide range of industries. She has an intimate knowledge of the go-public process and advises private companies on properly readying their organizations to successfully execute IPO / RTO transactions. Prior to joining Integral, Fabiene worked in banking and institutional sales at various independent dealers and prior to that was a portfolio manager at Canada Trust (now TD Asset Management) and KBSH Capital Management for 6 years. Fabiene was a founder and past Board member of “Santa Comes to Bay Street”, and past Board member of the North York Women’s Shelter.
