John is CEO of Integral, which he founded in 2004. John is responsible for business strategy and growth of the overall firm, including the capital markets group. John’s career prior to Integral concentrated on the real estate sector, both building businesses and allocating capital. He was founder and CEO of Patriot Equities, a TSX-listed shopping centre company, acquired distressed mortgage pools in joint venture with Brazos Fund / Lone Star Opportunity Fund, co-founded the Canadian operation of international real estate advisory firm Jones Lang Wooton (now, Jones Lang LaSalle) and was a commercial real estate broker at Coldwell Banker (now CBRE).
