Patrick Michaud
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Patrick is responsible for Integral’s accounting, financial regulatory administration, insurance, tax and treasury management.
Patrick is a seasoned executive with leadership experience in both public and private businesses. He has served as a CFO in a broad range of industries including securities, media, construction, biotechnology, and consumer electronics. Beyond accounting, reporting and financial controls, as CFO Patrick has contributed to the wider success of the companies he worked with, particularly those that operate in regulated environments. He is a director of a private distilling company as well as Chair of a not-for-profit. Patrick is a CPA and holds an MBA from Western University and a B. Eng. degree from the Royal Military College of Canada.
