In 2004 he joined his father, Pat, at IQON Financial. Andre and Pat joined Integral in 2006. Alongside fellow partner Daniel Martinez, Andre assumed responsibility for the practice upon Pat\u2019s retirement from Integral in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Andre believes strongly in giving back to the community. In 2009 Andre founded the Young Professionals of Nanaimo and served as the president until 2011. During his time as the President of the Young Professionals, Andre spearheaded a successful effort to raise $420,000 for the restoration of Nanaimo&#8217;s train station.
