Weiping has a \u2018top-down\u2019 investment style, which is backed by extensive knowledge and experience in asset allocation based on quantitative analysis, technical analysis and trend analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Weiping has been a financial advisor for almost 20 years. He joined Integral in 2008 from Berkshire Securities.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to entering the investment industry, Weiping was an engineer in Nortel\u2019s research and development department from 1990 to 1997.<\/p>\n<p>Weiping holds a Master of Science degree as well as a Master of Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia (Dalhousie).
